Jessica has strategically advised on projects across sectors including finance, pharmaceutical and retail. Her insights have powered real-time global campaigns and on-going data projects.

Acting as an extension of clients teams, Jessica has led the delivery of multiple bespoke analytics rollouts ranging from SMBs to FTSE 500 clients, strengthening their ability to capitalise on digital opportunities.

Jessica’s ambition for Ten Bear Group is to make digital consumer data more accessible for clients, whilst providing insights that are actionable and truly deliver value.

Over the last ten years, Tsvetta has been harnessing the value of data to provide strategic research and insights for Fortune 500 companies, with a special interest in consumer, fintech and pharma brands. She also has experience in SaaS growth and guiding business strategy and operations for Series A startups.

Tsvetta is a published author, award-winner, speaker and ‘girls leading our world’ ambassador. She is also fluent in 5 languages.

Hamish has spent almost two decades working within marketing & PR analytics, helping clients track the complex ongoing digital conversation and understand drivers for consumer sentiment and behaviour.

His work includes data mixed modelling and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders. Hamish is passionate about client success and ensuring data strategies reflect the needs across Ten Bear’s portfolio.

With political campaign projects and work for some of Europe’s biggest football teams in her varied reporting portfolio, Rebecca also has valuable experience managing CRM data ecosystems and multi-platform integrations, allowing her to holistically approach data projects. 

A freelance journalist, Rebecca collaborates as a pro-bono member of a Spanish Marine Conservation charity and competes at a national level in Germany in Ultimate Frisbee.
